In this inaugural report, information has been captured regarding the volume and types of international matters handled in 2022.
JAMS is comprised of over 400 highly skilled neutrals with decades of experience and extensive knowledge across dozens of practice areas. In 2022, JAMS had over 23,000 active cases, including 437 international cases. Out of those active international cases, 241 were new cases filed in the calendar year, of which 120 were international arbitrations.
