The inaugural list honors women for their work as leaders and changemakers in their respective industries. Kim has served as a valued member of JAMS for over two decades. Ms. Taylor was recently profiled by the Corporate Counsel Business Journal following her recognition as one of the 50 Women to Watch. In this profile, Ms. Taylor reflects on her road to becoming a lawyer, the advice that has helped shape her career, where she sees the legal industry headed and the activities that help keep her busy outside of work.
Ms. Taylor has been a key contributor to JAMS since she joined the organization in 1999. Prior to assuming the role of president, she served as senior vice president and chief legal and operating officer, where she oversaw the company’s day-to-day operating activities in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, she worked with the general counsel to manage the overall risk of the company, advising management and the board with respect to transactions and negotiations.
