Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Richard E. Buck, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Buck joins JAMS following a widely respected 38-year legal career.
Based in Orange County, Mr. Buck will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master/referee, handling construction defect, insurance, personal injury, professional liability and real property disputes. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually for attorneys and their clients across the country.

As a litigation attorney, Mr. Buck specialized in complex commercial and residential projects (including long-cause matters), insurance coverage, real estate (disclosure, misrepresentation and flipper cases), class actions, homeowners’ associations, major land subsidence/geotechnical defects, medical malpractice, wrongful death/catastrophic personal injury, subrogation, and general tort/negligence and product defect cases.
