Accomplished litigator and ADR professional joins JAMS as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator

Boca Raton, Fla. – JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Adam M. Myron, Esq., has joined its panel. Mr. Myron joins JAMS as an accomplished Florida litigator and dispute resolution professional with decades of experience representing individuals, businesses and high-profile clients.

With Cagnet Myron Law, Mr. Myron’s practice focused on a wide range of civil matters. Prior to that, he practiced law at Day Pitney and its predecessor firm, Richman Greer, representing clients across multiple practice areas. A champion for effective conflict resolution, he has also served as a frequent author and speaker on trends and developments in ADR. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Mediator and is a Florida Qualified Arbitrator.

Mr. Myron’s extensive background in ADR includes high-stakes matters, such as a multimillion‑dollar fiduciary and real property dispute, a seven‑figure construction defect matter, a significant professional liability case arising from an immigration‑related scheme, a dispute over allegedly misappropriated artwork and a claim for injuries to a show horse sustained during transport.

Based in the Boca Raton and Miami Resolution Centers, Mr. Myron will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator, handling, among other things, business and commercial; construction; employment; estate, probate and trusts; personal injury; professional liability; and real property matters. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country and internationally.

“Mr. Myron approaches each matter with thoughtful preparation and a steady, solutions‑oriented mindset. His background across a variety of civil matters helps him support parties as they navigate complex and challenging issues. We are thrilled to welcome him to our panel, and we value the perspective he brings.”

Kimberly Taylor, JAMS CEO and president

A native Floridian, Mr. Myron grew up in Palm Beach County, where he currently lives with his wife and two sons. In addition to his local engagement, he is a dedicated endurance athlete, having participated in numerous competitions, from 5ks to IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons. He brings the same sense of discipline to his ADR work, as he is always prepared to go the extra mile for his clients.

“Committing to ADR is like committing to an endurance race. You’ll need patience, effort, resolve and a willingness to push yourself. I’m proud to join JAMS and to work with parties and counsel to help them reach the finish line,” said Mr. Myron.

Mr. Myron earned his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Emory University.
