Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is proud to announce that it has received 18 first-tier rankings for mediation and arbitration services in the 2020 U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers rankings of legal services nationwide.

Firms included in the annual ranking have been recognized for their professional excellence and for receiving consistently high ratings from clients and peers. Ranked firms are presented in three tiers both nationally and regionally. Firms receiving a first-tier designation have earned the highest level of respect among lawyers and clients from the same communities and practice areas. This year, awards were given in 75 national and 127 regional practice areas.

Eight JAMS locations—Atlanta, Boston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.—received first-tier rankings in both arbitration and mediation, while Miami and Orange County each received first-tier rankings in mediation.

We are proud of the significant representation that JAMS has achieved in these rankings. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to delivering top-tier ADR services, and we are proud to be recognized and valued by our peers in the legal community.

- Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO
