Neutrals recognized for leading construction practices across the country

Panelist News General Announcements

Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that eight JAMS neutrals have been recognized by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) in the WWL: Construction 2023 report, WWL Thought Leaders: USA report under the “construction” category and WWL Thought Leaders: Construction report.

These neutrals are recognized by WWL for their elite practices and experience in resolving complex multijurisdictional construction disputes, as well as for their impressive work on disputes and claims arising from both quantum and delay issues on major projects. Neutrals distinguished as “Thought Leaders” received especially high marks during WWL’s research and evaluation.

“We congratulate these neutrals on this well-deserved recognition by Who’s Who Legal. As disputes in the construction industry continue to be impacted by myriad economic, legal and geopolitical factors, each of these neutrals remains at the forefront in understanding how to guide clients toward meaningful and efficient resolution.”

Chris Poole, JAMS CEO

Additionally, Deborah S. Ballati, Esq., FCIArb, and Douglas S. Oles, Esq., FCIArb, were named “Global Elite Thought Leaders” in the WWL Thought Leaders – Global Elite report in the construction category, which is achieved by only around 5% of listed practitioners.

Created in 1996, Who's Who Legal conducts extensive research and surveys within the legal industry to recognize outstanding lawyers, attorneys and law firms worldwide.
