Please note that only the Keynote Address, the Keynote Response Panel and the Young ITA panel will be accessible to view online by registering for a Virtual Ticket. The remaining programming is for in-person attendees only.

This panel will explore some proposed innovations in international (and domestic) commercial arbitration which aim to increase speed, efficiency, and access to justice while lowering costs. Expert panelists will present three proposed innovations, discuss their advantages and anticipated objections, and propose possible paths forward to adoption. Each topic will begin and finish with an audience poll to assess whether the panelists’ discussion has resulted in any change, positive or negative, in views about the proposed innovations.
