Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that it was named the top Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider in The Recorder’s annual “Best Of” list for the 14th consecutive year and the best Online ADR Resource for the second consecutive year.
The Recorder’s annual “Best Of” publication ranks the top professional services and products in a variety of categories as rated by attorneys.
JAMS has long prioritized making the dispute resolution process accessible for all parties by integrating virtual offerings. As the COVID-19 pandemic required a rapid shift to remote work, JAMS executed a smooth transition to virtual ADR services, ensuring its neutrals and case managers were able to continue to support the needs of the legal community during this challenging time. Further recognizing the need for streamlined online access, JAMS launched JAMS Access in August, which created a secure online case management platform for neutrals, attorneys and case managers to easily access case information.
Amid court closures and backlogs, we recognize the increased need for efficient and timely dispute resolution across the country. I am very proud of this organization for how it rose to the challenges brought forth by the pandemic and continued to offer the quality of ADR services the legal community expects from JAMS. We see this recognition as a testament to the incredible work our neutrals do, whether that is in a resolution center or by videoconference, and the trust attorneys place in our services.
- Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO
The “Best Of” rankings are based on polling feedback from Bay Area attorneys and law firm administrators. The Recorder is the California news affiliate of ALM. The full list of recipients can be accessed here.
