She is available to conduct sessions in person (adhering to reopening guidelines), as well as virtually for attorneys and their clients across the country.

“Justice Heitler is admired and respected for her extensive experience, knowledge of the law and dedication in helping parties reach a resolution. With her well-rounded perspective and ability to connect with people, we are confident that she will make an excellent addition to the JAMS panel.”

Justice Heitler has been a leader in civic and community organizations and associations, and she frequently chairs and lectures for professional programs.

“As a practicing lawyer and a judge, I settled or decided all types of matters, including matrimonial, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. I look forward to using my experience in this new role as a panelist at JAMS.”
