New York – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Paul E. Garrison, Esq., and JAMS Diversity Fellow Jason Marsili have been elected as new Fellows to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Garrison and Mr. Marsili will be formally recognized at the College’s Annual Induction Dinner on November 16 at Pier 60 in New York City.
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (CLEL) recognizes Fellows as distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement and excellence in the practice. This is attained by setting standards of professionalism and civility, by sharing their experience and knowledge, and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary and the community at large.
Both Mr. Garrison and Mr. Marsili are dedicated professionals who have deep knowledge and understanding of labor and employment law. With these inductions, we join their colleagues in acknowledging them as excellent role models who represent the future of alternative dispute resolution.
