23 JAMS Neutrals Recognized by Who’s Who Legal for Commercial Mediation

Neutrals recognized for leading commercial mediation practices across the country

According to WWL, these neutrals are recognized for their outstanding expertise, commitment and effectiveness in their commercial mediation practices. Neutrals distinguished as “Thought Leaders” received especially high marks during WWL’s research and evaluation.

Additionally, Hon. Daniel Weinstein (Ret.) was named a “Global Elite Thought Leader” in the WWL: Commercial Mediation 2023 report, which is achieved by only around 5% of listed practitioners.
